1- User Conduct: You are responsible for your conduct while using Genesis of Blue NFT marketplace. You must not use this platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations from your jurisdiction. You must not post or upload any content that is offensive, harmful or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

2-Account Creation: In order to use Genesis of Blue NFT marketplace, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3- Buying and Selling: You can buy and sell NFT's at Genesis of Blue NFT marketplace. When you buy an NFT, you are agreeing to the terms set forth by the seller. When you sell an NFT, you are responsible for providing accurate information about the collection and complete guidelines.

4-Fees: The Marketplace charges a transaction fee for buying and selling NFT's . The fees are subject to change at anytime. 

5-Intellectual Property: Genesis of Blue respects the intellectual property  rights of others. You must not post or upload any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed please contact us immediately.

6- Disputes: If you have a dispute with another user, you must resolve the dispute with that user directly. Genesis of Blue NFT Marketplace is not responsible for resolving disputes between users.

7-Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason.

8- Disclaimer of Warranties: The Marketplace is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Marketplace will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

9-Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Marketplace.
